His knowledge of benefits, coupled with his Oracle expertise, has been a tremendous help to the resolution of issues. Raj was our technical lead on the second phase of our Oracle Fusion (HCM) implementation which included Goals, Performance, Talent, Compensation and Absence Management. Raj was wonderful to work with. He knew the product very well and was able to help us navigate and design the system in a way that worked for us. He was ALWAYS available, providing unwavering support. When things went wrong, as they inevitably do with a systems implementation, he was there to partner with me to resolve the issues quickly and effectively, with little to no impact on stakeholders. Even after the project was complete and I was rolling out the last module to our employees, Raj didn’t hesitate to take my text/e-mail etc., answering any questions I had and helping me trouble shoot as needed. Raj is calm under pressure and just gets it done. I’m grateful to have had him as a partner on this project and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Raj has wealth of knowledge and he is a perfectionist not just on Payroll but also on most of the other HCM Cloud modules. He has a very good attitude and work ethics. My association with Raj has been on a a short term project where he became clients trusted advisor within a week. Raj is very professional and committed to his work. He works very well with the fellow team members and provides them unconditional support.
